In October of 1999 I left Vilseck Germany and the 1st Infantry division for the Rocky Mountains and Ft Carson. It didn't take long before my wife and I decided that this was where we would raise our family. So in 2001 and after 10 years in the Army, I went back into the civilian world and worked as a sales manager for Toyota of Colorado Springs. (You will find it in your best interest to have this "car guy" negotiate on your behalf ) Over the years as a sales manager for Toyota I met several realtors, each professed how much they loved thier job and how often they helped folks. Now don't forget that it wasn't too long ago that I was a soldier recently stationed here. I distinctly remembered just being overwhelmed at the idea of finding a home for my family by myself.

My past and my experience fit well with my new profession. I am empathetic with you in regards to a relocation and I am a fierce negotiator. I look forward to being a part of your team.
